At Lane 201, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your store credit is issued.
